Our organic sourdough is made using 100% certified organic white flour. The fermentation of this sourdough takes two days to complete resulting in an extra tasty sourdough. This loaf has proven to be a popular with some people who are sensitive to gluten or looking at improving gut health. Not only is the gluten broken down by a long fermentation time but the organic flour does not contain nasty pesticides or additives.

    This is one of the best sourdough breads in Australia.
    I absolutely love it! It’s hard to find but worth the search.
