Organic Cracked Wheat and Kamut Loaf

This delicious loaf is a blend of Organic Wheat Flour and Organic Stoneground Wholegrain KAMUT (Khorasan) Flour. As a result of this blend, the loaf has a light fluffy crumb with a slightly nutty flavour.

The soft base is complemented with a contrasting grain like texture with the addition of cracked wheat. Cracked wheat is made from lightly milling the whole raw wheat berries into smaller pieces. Cracked wheat contains a high amount of nutrition and fiber since it includes the rich outer bran and germ of the wheat.

Ingredients: Organic Wheat Flour, Organic Cracked Wheat, Organic Stoneground Wholegrain KAMUT (Khorasan) Flour, Gluten, Yeast Compressed Fresh, Organic Sunflower Oil, Salt, Enzymes (Amylase), Vit C, Malt Flour

    Only recently stumbled upon Bonfire Bread, whole family loves it!
    My favorite is the Cracked Wheat and Kamut.
    Makes awesome sandwiches, love it dunked in soup or just toasted with spreads
    It is simply delectable.
