Organic Whole-wheat Grain Sourdough



Our organic whole-wheat sourdough is made with a mixture of 100% certified organic stoneground whole-wheat flour, organic white flour, organic stoneground Kamut and organic stoneground purple wheat. The loaves are slowly fermented for no less than 18 hours to further enhance the texture and flavour of the loaf.
