Description
Our 100% certified organic whole-wheat sourdough is made with a mixture of organic stoneground whole-wheat flour, organic white flour, organic stoneground Kamut and organic stoneground purple wheat. The loaves are slowly fermented for no less than 18 hours to further enhance the texture and flavour of the loaf.
