Organic Wholewheat Rye and Wholewheat Spelt Sourdough



Our Organic Wholewheat Rye and Wholewheat Spelt sourdough is made with a blend of Wholewheat Rye flour,  Wholewheat Spelt flour and a seven grain kibble mix. The loaves are shaped into a batard and fermented over an eighteen hour period. The final product is a tasty loaf with a thick crust on the outside with an aromatic and flavoursome inner crumb that combines the rye and spelt together perfectly.
