Description
Our Organic Whole-Wheat Rye and Whole-Wheat Spelt Sourdough is made with a blend of 100% certified organic whole-wheat rye flour and organic whole-wheat spelt flour. The loaves are slowly fermented for no less than 18 hours to further enhance the texture and flavour of the loaf.
